accept the systematic psychological intervention.

body state. Because of the improvement of psychological state, human relations come to be further harmonious.
There are many factors affecting sport record. The psychological intervention is merely one aspect, the positive
affirmation of the coaches has proved that intervention content is valid for the volleyball management.

Conclusion
1. Administering the team through some psychological rules will improve the team’s administrative benefits.
2. The interference in the athletes has attained the result as expected. It has solved some problems and justified the
value and role of our theory.
