Resumo

Os jogos reduzidos e condicionados (SSGs) são ferramentas pedagógicas que auxiliam no treinamento do futebol, sendo utilizados para solucionar problemas táticos com as demandas específicas do jogo. Nesse contexto, este estudo teve como objetivo comparar as respostas físicas, fisiológicas e táticas no futebol feminino de elite em SSGs com igualdade numérica (3 a lado) e superioridade (3 a lado + 1) na fase ofensiva. A amostra foi composta por 16 atletas do sexo feminino participantes de competições nacionais oficiais. Foram realizados dois dias consecutivos de coleta de dados e uma série de 4 minutos de duração. As variáveis ​​analisadas foram distância total percorrida, distância percorrida em diferentes velocidades, frequência cardíaca máxima (FCmáx), frequência cardíaca média, índice de exploração espacial, índice de alongamento, comprimento, largura e LpWratio. Os resultados mostraram aumento da distância percorrida em velocidades de 7,20–14,29 km/h (m) (tamanho do efeito: médio) e diminuição da FCmáx (tamanho do efeito: pequeno) na superioridade numérica. Em relação à resposta tática, houve uma diminuição no índice de exploração espacial (tamanho do efeito: grande), comprimento (tamanho do efeito: médio) e índice de alongamento (tamanho do efeito: grande) para jogos disputados na superioridade numérica. Assim, observou-se que SSGs com superioridade numérica no futebol feminino sugerem comportamento mais agrupado, menos exploratório e mais posicional das atletas.
