Determining and prioritizing the selection criteria for national teams coaches in several sports

The purpose of this study is collecting and describing national coaches selection criteria . We asked 240 coaches and 463 athletics of national teams and used the literature and background field of study and delfy method’ we considered eight dimensions that are important in the selection of national coaches: Social spatiality, athletic spatiality, characteristic-perceptual spatiality, scientific-specialized spatiality, personal spatiality, management skills, sentimental-human skills, and business anstecedent spatiality. Each of these dimensions has numerous subgroups. The degree of importance of fundamental dimensions specified with research prepared questionnaire. The summery of

results:

1. Significant differences in grading of coaching dimension between coaches and athletics were observed.
2. Grading of coaching dimension in the case of coaches was as follows: Characteristic-perceptual specialty, sentimental-human skills, social specialty, management skills, scientific-specialized specialty, business antecedent specialty, athletic specialty, and personal specialty.
3. Grading of coaching dimension in the case of athletics was as follows: Characteristic-perceptual specialty, social specialty, sentimental-human skills, scientific-specialized specialty, management skills, athletic specialty, personal specialty, and business antecedent spatiality.
4. Grading of coaching dimension in the all cases was: Characteristic-perceptual specialty, sentimental-human skills, social specialty, scientific-specialized specialty, management skills, athletic specialty business antecedent spatiality, and personal specialty.
