Introduction
The comparison of the observation of experienced and inexperienced teachers’ technique of viewing, understanding,
and making decisions in classrooms has been studied wildly. The portable computer has become the most useful tool
for teachers and researchers in using systematic observation along with the rapid development and generalization of the
computing technology. However, because most of people still maintain traditional paper work when they are doing the
Physical Education Systematic Observation, which takes more time than recording hours to gain the result. In order to
collect and analysis more complex data effectively; to computerize the traditional paper work in systematic observation
will be the most effective way.

Methods
The purpose of this study is to use content analysis to induce three sets of DOS version of systematic observation,
coming along literature review and Visual Basic program language to develop a set of systematic observation computer
program for observing the teachers’ behavior in Physical education.

Results
After generalizing three sets of systematic observation computer programs mentioned above, the most important item of
the systematic observation program of this study - teachers’ behavior observation has already completed. Table 1
shows the final conclusion of this system after generalizing the conclusions of literature reviews from domestic andforeign scholars.

Discussion/Conclusion
This Program can be the research tool for Physical Education researchers to observe teachers’ behavior and to study the
classroom management. And also to help physical education teachers to feedback the information of their own teaching
situations, in order to analyze the teaching effectiveness for facilitating self-modification and enhancing teaching
technique. This is the first system developed in Chinese Taipei, with the observation computer program of completed
Chinese operation interfaces and humanized windows system. We hope it’ll offer research tool for the physical
education researcher in observing teacher’s behavior and studying physical classroom management. However, there are
so much potential for this work if we generalize developing spaces of information technology and physical sports in
future. For instance, a system of recording an athlete’s competition, capability of identifying anomalies in an athlete’s
performance, and a multimedia teaching system, etc. Physical education will no longer limited to the experience rules
of self-expression, instead, it may systematically collect variables of its process, generalize and induct then feed back
the teacher with usage of these data. Therefore, we believe we may educate more population who favor sports with
more effective teaching.
