Results

We have concluded that there were four key factors that affected the best learning style for the tennis players.
1. The learning style: The tennis players should be learn tennis technique by using visual, verbal, or kinesthetic senses, etc., kinesthetic sense was the most important. The tennis players used their kinesthetic sense to get the feel of a motion or shot and grasped the basic and advanced tennis technique.

If the skill level of a tennis player’s stopped improving after he has grasped the basic skills of forehand, backhand, serve, etc., it wasn’t long before he will give up playing tennis.
3. Watch and imitate patterns: Top tennis players used certain repetitive patterns of play over and over, most recommended tennis technique was the result of watching and imitating the best players in the world. If you wanted to play better tennis, it was necessary that you watched and imitated the technique of the best tennis players.
4. Set goals for every practice: You should be have a clear purpose for every tennis drill, and do you best to attain the goals and finish the task. If you didn’t focus your attention on the goals, it was easy to waste your time.
5. Controlling your mind and emotions under pressure: Tennis is a mind game. We thought that physical competencies, emotional competencies, and mental competencies that served mechanical precision under pressure. It was the most important that you should be focusing your attention on footwork, position and shot.
