Introduction

China’s traditional regimen was theoretically explored and practiced by many people, absorded China’s archaic philosophy thoughts, was combined with China’s traditional medicine and formed a whole set of th_ory and methodology system. So, it is widely concemed by oriental and westem experts of regimen and was very helpful for human health and preventing and curing diseases.

Result and Analysis
1 The theoretical basis of China’s traditional regimen
The study shows that China’s traditional regimen studies not only the laws of movement, change and development of body and the interaction effect between human and social environment but also how to cultivate their morality, prevent and cure diseases. During a long practical exploration, China’s traditional regimen formed a whole set of theoretical system.
Whole Theory is the basis of this theory, Yιn Yang Balance and Correspondence Between Human and Nature Theories are its guide, Jing, Qi and Shen Theory is its core. The theory thinks that Zang Fei is body core, Jing Luo is the alleyway and tache of body and being nourished by Jing, Qi, Jinye, physiologic functions of body harmoniously work. When body works, body should make efforts to make a balance between Υίη and Yang. During studying the processes of physiology, pathology and caducity, this theory more stresses that Jing should be reserved, Qi nourishes body, Shen is enough and Physiological functions can be efficiently adjusted through rhythmic movements.
2 The study ofmethods and actual value ofChina’s traditional regimen
The contents of China’s traditional regimen are abundant, its methods are simple and ease to be used, its effects are obvious. Methods of China’s traditional regimen mainly include emotional adjustment, diet adjustment (including taking good care of spleen and stomach and overcoming bad life habits), protecting kidney and Jing, well-ordered life, massage, relaxing body and shadowboxing etc. These methods are widely used.
The largest feature of China’s traditional regimen is un-antagonism and un-rivalrousness. It makes people have good health and delays their caducity through cultivating their morality and rhythmic movement.
For example, a experiment is made to fιfty-three middle-age and old people who have different chronic diseases. They exercise bodies through shadowboxing and massage twice every day. After fourteen months, they make medical tests. Thirty-one hypertension patients’ blood pressure becomes normal or fundamentally normal. Fourteen insomniacs and eight patients of turbulence of intestine-stomach functions !lll obviously beconie better. The efficient rate is above ninety-six percent. In addition, the memory rate, balance rate, harmony capability and self-control capability of the old are all improved with different degree. When experiments were made to the grown-up, more obvious effect is gained.

Conclusion

Study shows China’s traditional regimen have the features of whole and gradualness. 115 fιrst task is the Jing should be protected, Qi should be enough, Shen should be completeness and rhythmic movement is done. When China’s traditional regimen methods are used, action must be canonical, attention must be paid and exercise must be persisted ίο. The study results prove that China’s traditional regimen methods have the functions of preventing and curing diseases and making body strong and the effect of delaying caducity ofthe old.
