We are especially looking forward to entertaining solid discussions surrounding keynote panels in the "international sport labor summit" and the "gender issues forum", both with significant consensus-building and international sport policy impact prospects.
The featured keynotes and presenters who have submitted research for ISLBC sessions are outstanding, span five continents and many countries, disciplines, and areas of expertise, allowing for the conference to truly capture contemporary problems, unresolved issues in sport law and business policy and practice, and expand on the efforts from all constituents heretofore towards further international comparative sport law and business research contributions.
We are looking forward to expanding everyone’s research and practice horizons and professional network, establishing solid foundations for long-lasting and mutually beneficial cooperation, and serving as the bridge between exceptional colleagues.
Our kind and gracious hosts at the Centre for Comparative Law of Istanbul University’s Law Faculty are extremely happy to welcome us all to Istanbul at a time the City is also enjoying its year as Cultural Capital of Europe, hosting U2’s Concert, the FIBA World Championships, and many other cultural, sport, and entertainment events; our extraordinary hosts are very pleased with the preparations for the ISLBC sessions, which are also scheduled to be recorded and offered via online video streaming (links, session fees’ options, and information to that end will be disseminated shortly after the conclusion of the conference).
Tremendously looking forward to meeting in Istanbul.
Best wishes until then
Tassos
