A Disputa da Verdade Sobre o Corpo Entre as Ciências?

A DISPUTA DA VERDADE SOBRE O CORPO ENTRE AS CIÊNCIAS? Será que podemos estudar as “coisas do corpo” rompendo com a disputa da “verdade” entre as ciências Biológicas e Humanas? Professor Rogério Rodrigues | rogerio@efei.br Universidade Federal de Itajubá – São Paulo – Brasil Data de submissão_11-04-05 | Data de aprovação_06-07-05 RESUMO Entre as diversas áreas do conhecimento há uma certa vontade de estabelecer-se a hegemonia entre as diversas ciências para se definir “quem pode mais” no sentido de afirmar a “palavra final”, mais propria-mente, “a verdade”. Não é diferente quando se trata das “coisas do corpo”, pois não podemos deixar de considerar que nas pesquisas sobre este objeto tam-bém existe campo de disputa, principalmente, entre as Ciências Biológicas e Ciências Humanas. O nosso objetivo neste estudo será o de romper com a dispu-ta entre os campos de estudos das Ciências Humanas e Biológicas e aponta-las como lugares de estudos imprescindíveis na formação do graduado em Edu-cação Física. Para alcançarmos essa conclusão, o nosso método de estudo será uma reflexão inserida no campo da filosofia, no sentido de obtermos algu-mas conexões com a Educação Física e, principal-mente, com a concepção de homem, corpo e mundo, que nesta se faz presente. Esperamos que com esses apontamentos de pesquisa possamos incentivar os estudos no campo das Ciências Humanas e Biológi-cas numa perspectiva de tolerância recíproca. Acreditamos que somente nesta perspectiva teórica de estudo é que se desperta o interesse nos estudos das “coisas do corpo” sem reducionismo do sujeito ao biológico e, muito menos, ao campo do ideoló-gico. ABSTRACT Could we study “ the body things” breaking the “truth” dispute between the biological and the human sciences? In several knowledge areas there is a certain will of establishing itself the hegemony among the diverse sciences to define “who is more able” in the sense of affirming the “final word”, more properly, “the truth”. It is not different when the matter is “the body things”, because we can’t leave of considering that, in the researches about this object, a field of dispute also exists, mainly, between the Biological Sciences and Human Sciences. Our objective in this study it will be to break with the dispute among the fields of study of the Biological and Human Sciences and to point then as places of indispensable studies in the graduate formation of Physical Education. To achieve this conclusion, our approach of study will be a reflection inserted in the philosophy field, in the sense to obtain some connections with the Physical Education and, mainly, with the man conception, body and world, that is present in this notion. We expect that with these notices of research we can be able to encourage the studies in the Biological and Human Sciences field in a perspective of reciprocal tolerance. We believe that only in this theoretical perspective of study is that awakes the interest in the studies of the “body things”, without the subject reduction to the biological one, and, at least , to the ideological field.
