The percent of Maximal heart rate and lactate level are used to determine training intensities (Hofmann et al,2001)circulating epinephrine and nor epinephrine are for the most part O.Methylated , and measurement of the O.Methylated derivatives nor metanphrine and metanphrine in the urine is a good index of the rate of secretion of nor epinephrine and epinephrine and epinephrine . The O.methylated derivatives that are not excreted are largely oxidized , and VMA is the most Plentiful catecholamine metabolite in the urine (Ganong , 1991) . The aim of this experiment is to use a non invasive index as an indicator of different intensities loads training compared with the already Known method as pulse rate and lactate .
10 students were volunteered to executed this experiment by summing 200m one time in allow intensity load training (pulse 120-130- count/m) After 72h. swimming 200m. in a high intensity load training pulse (170-180 count /m. ) load , lactate was measured after the first experiment swim at low intensity load and after the second experiment at hight intensity load intensity load wine VMA was determined after the two trials .

The researchers reach the following conclusion :

- There were a correlation between the three different method used , pulse rate , lactate , winery VMA ( vanilly mandelic acid )
- urinary VMA might be used as a non invasive index of the rate of secretion of nor epinephrine and epinephrine and as an indicator of different intensity loads training it is recommended to expand this non invasive method using bigger players population and different types of sports
