The purpose of this study is revealed the essential meaning, the process, the influential factors and the methods of technical and tactical inventions in competitive sports. On the bases of this study the author summed up the basic laws, and formed the frame of a fundamental theory, so as to lead the inventive action in sports to a subjective conscious state.. This study intends to offer the theoretical basis of forming a new subject of <The Inventology competitive Sports>.
Methods of Study: Methods of the social science study were applied in this dissertation. The methods of interviewing and investigation, the individual case study and historical study were used. The objects for study were practical examples of technical and tactical inventions of different categories of sports, including 13 events: volleyball, basketball, football, table tennis, wrestling, gymnastics, diving, high jump, running, archery and weight lifting.

Results

[1]. The basic laws of technical and tactical inventions of competitive sports are: the law of cyclic elevation: law of serial initiation: the law of conquering contradiction: the law of mutual influence and the law of supercession.
[2]. In the processes of invention there are three principles: The principle of transcendance: the principle of intention and the principle of feasibility.
[3]. In the processes of invention three models were found. They are: the model of problem seeking; the model of accident; the model of hypothesis.
[4]. The main influential factors in technical and tactical invention are psychological traits, the abilities and experiences of the coaches. The social and sport environment and the training condition are also important factors.
[5]. Among the coaches who had some invention and those who had not any inventions, there is a significant difference in ability and psychological traits.
[6]. There are a series of methods if invention: method of progression; method of combination; method of listing; method of transplantation; method of using of uncommon practices and method of reversion.
