This study proposes the development of a mechanism evaluation and analysis of the establishment, building and management of crosssector cooperation between sport nonprofit entities and their partner companies. The evaluation of the crosssector cooperation is meant to show trends, procedures and guidelines for the organizations and individuals involved in the process. Whitin this context, the study emphasizes that it is crucial to analyze both the phases for the development of partnerships (understanding strategic cooperation, making the connection, ensuring strategic fit, creating value and managing the relationship) and the identification of existing indicators in the crosssectoral strategic alliances (expectations alignment, strategies, commitment, communication, roles, resources, adding value and evaluation systems).
