Through the method of observation and face-to-face talk, the author analyses in this paper the way of changing the
traditional training method and improving the team’s management.

1. The change of group
In Intervention around option condition of Hebei male and female volleyball team is as follows: See Table 1:
Referring to the result of Table 1, before intervening, the average of selecting friend of men volleyball team athletes is
9; after intervening the average of selecting friend is 9.57., There isn’t any discrepancy in intervention around the two
averages. Before intervening, the average of selecting friends of women’s volleyball team athletes is 4.53; after
intervening, the average increases by 7.6. The discrepancy is obvious in intervention around the two averages.
2. The change of organization behavior
(1)Attendance
Some change in the expression of the team has to some extent occurred. Before intervening women’s volleyball players
are low in spirit, and after intervening, the athletes coordinate actively with the coach and face training and match with
positive attitude. In contrast, no change can reveal in male team, and some defects still exist, because of failing to
accept the systematic psychological intervention.
(2)Sports record
The relevant rules of psychology utilized in the management of the team greatly improve the expression of athletes’
body state. Because of the improvement of psychological state, human relations come to be further harmonious.
There are many factors affecting sport record. The psychological intervention is merely one aspect, the positive
affirmation of the coaches has proved that intervention content is valid for the volleyball management.
Conclusion
1. Administering the team through some psychological rules will improve the team’s administrative benefits.
2. The interference in the athletes has attained the result as expected. It has solved some problems and justified the
value and role of our theory.
