Resumo

A inserção dos jogos reduzidos (JR) na periodização do treinamento no futebol vem sendo aplicada para a melhora das capacidades físicas, técnicas, táticas, tomada de decisão, aliadas ao caráter recreativo ao simular um jogo de futebol. Objetivo: Analisar a carga de treinamento em diferentes tipos de treino com JR e jogos oficiais (JO). Materials and Métodos: Pesquisa descritiva, transversal e comparativa com 24 jogadores profissionais do sexo masculino (idade: 26,6±3,7 anos), avaliados em três momentos: (1) composição corporal e parâmetros cardiorrespiratórios; (2) cargas de treinamento, utilizando um sensor de movimento inteligente, em diferentes JR nas variáveis: distância percorrida, distância em alta intensidade, distância em sprint, aceleração/desaceleração, velocidade máxima, sprints e ritmo de trabalho; e (3)  mesmos protocolos em JO. Os jogadores foram avaliados de acordo com suas posições táticas. Resultados: A velocidade máxima (p=0,001), distância total percorrida (p=0,001), distância em alta intensidade (p=0,001) e em sprints (p=0,001) apresentaram aumento no JO quando comparado aos JR (8x8 e 6x6 < JO). A quantidade de sprints apresentou um comportamento similar nos setores de defesa e ataque (8x8 e 6x6 < JO; p=0,001) e alterou no meio-campo (6x6 < JO; p =0,004). Conclusão: as métricas dos JR são diferentes das demandas competitivas de um JO. O posicionamento tático dos jogadores não apresentou variação quando comparado aos métodos investigados. A utilização dos JR satisfazem positivamente a carga de trabalho no treinamento devido ao tamanho do campo de jogo e a área relativa por jogador.
