Análise técnica das ações motoras de jovens taekwondistas: Campeonato Brasileiro de 2019

The objective of the study was to analyze the motor actions of youth taekwondo (TKD) athletes in the 2019 Brazilian Championship. Twelve combats were analyzed, with 24 male youth athletes, aged between 15 and 17 years, in the heavy category. All matches were analyzed through video, during the Brazilian TKD Championship, in August 2019. The motor actions of basic kicks, round kicks and punches and the preparation time (guard position) and fight were analyzed. As a result, the preparation time was more than 59.3% of the fight time. All recorded motor actions occurred in an average time of 48.8 seconds (40.7%).
