Resumo

Objetivo: Foi descrito e comparado o número de internações e óbitos por câncer de mama (CM), excesso de peso e taxa de suficientemente ativos (TSA) de mulheres das capitais de todos os estados do Brasil no período de 2008 a 2016. Métodos: Foi realizado pesquisas no banco de dados do DATASUS referente á internações e mortalidade por CM. No VIGITEL, foi rastreado a relação de mulheres com excesso de peso, ativas no mesmo período. Foi aplicada estatística descritiva, teste de Shapiro-Wilke comparaçãoKrauskal-Wallis (p<0,05). Resultados: O sudeste apresentou maior número de internações e óbitos por CM em comparação ao norte em 2012. Entre 2010 a 2016, norte obteve aumento na TSA (10,27 vs.33,57; p=0,02). Conclusão: Houve aumento médio de 39.78% de óbitos por CM em mulheres em território nacional em 8 anos. Apesar do aumento médio de mulheres suficientemente ativas, o estudo demonstra uma tendência no aumento do número de mortes por CMo
