It is unclear if warming up is beneficial, harmful, or has no impact on people, making it a worthwhile study problem. This study’s goal was to review the data demonstrating how a warm-up might increase performance. One of the most important issues that coaches have when it comes to strength and conditioning training is how to best prepare basketball players for games.
