Desenvolvimento e transformações esportivas no Catar

Este estudo investigou o desenvolvimento e a transformação do esporte no Catar, com foco especial nas estratégias utilizadas, no impacto registrado até o momento e nos desafios que o desenvolvimento trouxe. O estudo foi desenvolvido utilizando as escolas de pensamento de Stern e Ojendal sobre desenvolvimento: o desenvolvimento como catalisador para a estratégia de construção do Estado e o desenvolvimento como um impasse. Os dados foram coletados e analisados ​​em periódicos, relatórios governamentais e não governamentais, além de jornais online que foram utilizados durante o curso desta pesquisa. A principal conclusão do estudo é que a transformação e o desenvolvimento do esporte no Catar são uma moeda com dois lados: um lado da moeda é o sucesso e o impacto, enquanto o outro lado são os desafios ou danos que ele está causando. Portanto, ambos os autores argumentaram que é necessário que o desenvolvimento tenha uma face humana: melhorando a vida dos mais vulneráveis. Portanto, é necessário que o Catar enfrente esses desafios causados ​​por seus enormes investimentos no esporte.
