Today, as knowledge has such a short life and society is growing so complex, having a good personal network is more important than ever. The use of networking for distance education is a nice solution for countries like Denmark and Iceland[1], with a high level of social isolation. In Iceland, now, a student can graduate without movement to school. The discussion list and newsgroups prove their interactive learning role. The participation in the learning process using the home computer and a phone Internet connection seems to be more active and personalized, comparatively with TV special distance learning programs, or traditional ones.
