Educação Física e Esporte: Análise Bibliométrica da Base de Dados ERIC

A despeito do crescente interesse pela educação física e esportes, o estado desse grande quantidade de literatura científica, e a análise bibliométrica não foram realizados. O objetivo deste estudo é investigar a literatura envolvendo temas de educação física e esportes quanto à análise bibliométrica descritiva. Reunimos os dados de acesso aberto do ERIC dentro da permissão deste banco de dados para usos de dados não comerciais. Após uma sistemática consulta ao banco de dados ERIC foi escolhido o período entre o ano 2010-2019 e recuperado um total de 365.861 artigos de periódicos considerados de 25.573 artigos como educação física e esportes. Foram 7.581 artigos publicados nos 25 principais periódicos (% 29,64). Análise de assuntos de acordo a “Educação Física” foi o tema comumente associado a este campo. Este estudo observou que a base de dados ERIC cobria um grande número de artigos sobre EF e temas esportivos. A dinâmica da literatura de pesquisa sugere que os EUA foram o primeiro pais contribuinte para autores e artigos. Para isso, realizamos uma análise descritiva da literatura indexados no tema da base de dados ERIC que  incluem educação física e esportes. Este estudo proporcionou uma análise bibliométrica de um enorme número de artigos após filtrar os maiores base de dados.
