Resumo
The main purpose of the study was to examine the Effect of Hand grip strength, Heart Rate and Anxiety on of 10meter Air Pistol Female shooters. To find out the co-relation between Heart rate and Hand grip strength and Shooting Efficacy of Female National Shooters aged 15-23 Years and also to inspect the co-relation between Anxiety and Shooting Efficiency of Female National Shooters aged 15-23 Years. All subjects, who have been selected for sampling, participated in National or International level competitions.
