Effect of mobile phone addiction on physical fitness of Indian youth

Resumo
Mobile Phones have emerged as an invisible driver of modern life. They have expanded opportunities especially for the youth in terms of better productivity of daily life and socialization. But on the flip side, its excessive use can lead to Mobile Phone Addiction (MPA) which has been found to increase stress and anxiety, induce sleep disorders and compromise physical activity. But till date its direct effect on Physical fitness of Youth which is the future workforce is unclear. This study has been undertaken to investigate this effect by comparing the physical fitness levels of mobile phone addicted and mobile phone non addicted individuals
