Resumo

: Cervicogenic headache (CGH) is a multifactorial and complex condition involving impairment in upper cervical movement and muscle dysfunction. While there is growing evidence that supports the use of manipulative therapy and other treatment options, there is limited research citing the beneficial effects of positional release therapy. The purpose of this prospective randomised controlled trial was to investigate and compare the effects of positional release and conventional exercises in the management of CGH.
