Resumo
Introdução: Spinning is an indoor physical activity widely performed, in which participants cycle on stationary bikes. It is usually offered as a good alternative to promote cardiovascular fitness, but there are few studies evaluating its physiological effects. Concerns exist about the possibility of elevated cardiovascular stress, especially among oldest. Objetivo: To evaluate heart rate (HR) adjustments during regular Spinning classes in young and middle aged adults.
