Resumo

O futebol é um dos esportes mais difundidos no mundo e a modalidade feminina tem ganhado destaque. A saúde mental é essencial para o desempenho do atleta, sendo o estresse, ansiedade e depressão fatores incapacitantes. Objetivo: o estudo analisou a influência da idade, escolaridade e atividade remunerada na percepção de níveis de estresse, ansiedade e depressão em atletas de futebol feminino. Metodologia: a coleta de dados ocorreu durante o Campeonato Paraense de Futebol Feminino com 89 atletas. Os instrumentos utilizados foram: Perceived Stress Scale, Beck Anxiety Inventory e Beck Depression Inventory. Os dados foram analisados no software GraphPad Prism 9.5.1. Resultados: idade e escolaridade não apresentaram correlação com os sintomas psicológicos avaliados. A atividade remunerada fora do futebol influenciou apenas nos sintomas de ansiedade moderada. Não houve diferença de variabilidade da idade e escolaridade relacionado ao estresse, ansiedade e depressão. Discussão: a ausência da correlação para idade e escolaridade deve-se a homogeneidade das participantes. Quanto a atividade remunerada fora do futebol, indica uma falta de suporte socioeconômico, o que implica em uma sobrecarga devido a dupla jornada, os níveis de sintomas depressivos desta amostra assemelham-se aos da população geral, porém esses dados devem ser analisados com cautela devido às suas especificidades. Conclusão: os achados reforçam a importância da implementação de estratégias de triagem psicológica, além da implementação de políticas de apoio socioeconômico para assegurar a permanência dessas mulheres no esportes.
