Introduction
One tendency of he modern physical training is to program the health keeping activities properly and scientifically. This essay analyzes the health keeping activities in China, adapts to the specific requirements from activity administrators, trainers, trainees, and researchers and tries to program the software for specialists to evaluate health-keeping activities. This software provides a more reliable tool to the proper development of Chinese health keeping activities, and also provides professional advice and reference from trainers to program the training scientifically and monitor the actual activity courses.

Results
The system includes: 1. Physical measuring block: this block is used to test the physical conditions of trainees according to the Chinese Human Testing Guideline set by the Chinese National Sports Administration. 2. Body Shape testing and evaluation block: This is to provide information of trainees’ body shape evaluation using the guideline specially invented by Xi’an Sports Institute and to provide professional guiding recipe. 3. Nutrition Measuring and evaluation block: This evaluation system uses the special research results of Xi’an Sports Institute to evaluate trainees’ nutrition conditions and provides professional guiding recipe. The UI uses Microsoft Windows style menus, windows and help system. The interface includes file interface and program interface. All the data needed can be indexed according to users’ demand. All reports and lists can be made in different file formats and output to screen, file or printers with inquiries. The drawings include graphs, squares, dots, radar curves and circular drawings.
Discussion/ Conclusions
The research and invention of the specialists’ evaluation system on health keeping activities provides a powerful tool to organize related information of health keeping activities, gives timely feedback and advice based on the information from training programs, physical conditions, body shape and nutrition, offers assistance to program the activities properly and efficiently and supplies samples and references for computer to be used in other sports training activities.
