Introduction

The study mainly discusses how to carry out the combination training of jumping skills for teenagers during their sensitive developing period of diverse ability in accordance with the discipline of growth. During the period, it is recommended that more importance be paid to training of jumping and prolong the sports-life of the athletes..

Method

Literature -searching and experiment, one-year training for selected athletes under the newly-designed method.

Result

After trained under the new combination method for one year in accordance with the physical characteristics of female teenagers , the score of whole team improves remarkably upon checking, average increase 10.7cm, max18cm., it shows that jumping capacities are greatly improved during the training. From the experiment we also draws that at early age , training under full load is not recommended and jumping skills may be improved by max/min load & extra-equal-length exercise , which produces very sharp effects to brains and muscles, power and exploring- force are improved as well. The differences are obvious and we think the training-method is feasible and fruitful, and the result supports the theory with good evidences. .

Discussion & conclusion

The study analysis the relationship between jumping skills and exercise of speed force & extra-equal-length for female volleyball players. The study also reveals the characteristics of extra-equal-length exercise and discuss oversome disadvantages of training with full load and effect of the training for teen-age female volleyball players. The author suggests that combination training should follow the discipline of the teenagers-growing in order to avoid unnecessary physical harmness.. The combination method of midmin load speed-strength practice improves the basic strength of muscle, exploring force and extra-equal-length exercise. Furthermore, the shrinking length and stretch of muscle are improved obviously..
