Resumo

A pandemia da COVID-19 promoveu mudanças no estilo de vida de adolescentes devido ao distanciamento e isolamento sociais, maior tempo em comportamento sedentário, alterações na saúde mental, dificultando a prática de atividade física e seu fator protetivo. Com isso, o presente estudo objetivou avaliar a relação do tempo de tela e do exercício físico neste período e os efeitos desses comportamentos (sedentário e ativo) na saúde dos adolescentes. Foi realizada uma revisão de literatura sob as recomendações do PRISMA nas bases de dados PudMed e LILACS, com 21 estudos incluídos. Verificou-se que o período da pandemia de Covid-19 impactou, de maneira significativa, negativamente, na saúde mental dos adolescentes e que o tempo de tela possui relação diretamente proporcional com a piora desse quadro, inversamente influenciado pela atividade física. Esta, quando mais praticada, promoveu a melhora da saúde mental e bem-estar quando associada com a diminuição no tempo de tela.
