Introduction
The performance achieved by athletes through efforts which often overstep the physiological and psychological bounds doesn’t immerge from a mixture of facts and events. It is the result of many carefully conceived and structured hours of training. INFORMATION is the common factor of all these elements as parts of the equation named athletic performance. Information has many aspects and resultants from its use, such as: the way it is used, the type and its efficiency and the rapidity of the changes to be obtained.
The goal of this paper work is to research the relation between complementary training, of neuro-muscular control, the mobility enhance and the perfection of some technical elements in different sports and trials.
Methods
This work is based on case study method. There are three research subjects from different sport disciplines: boxing, athletics - triple jump, 20 km march. The equipment used for the neuro-muscular control training with instant information by visual feed-back was the simulator "ERGOSIM", a technology conceived and made at National Institute for Sport Research, Romania. The purpose of the neuro-muscular control training was the mobility enhance of certain joints, the correction of some technical elements and of some technical execution errors, materialized by (through) the improvement of athletic performance.
Outcomes
As a result of this kind of training, were obtained the following outcomes: the significant increase of joint mobility, the correction of technical execution errors, the improvement of athletic performance, verifying the initial theories.
Conclusions
1. This type training can be used to develop joint mobility;
2. This training method based on instant visual feed-back proves to be a quick way to perfect the technical elements and/or correcting technical execution errors;
3. By developing joint mobility it also can be solved some aspects regarding the correctness (precision) of technical execution.
