Introduction
In order to realize the quantitative test of the key specific strength, improve the effect of specific strength training;
foster standard sports technique and then to create more excellent sports results, a new kind of training equipment with
the combination of specific technical strength training and quantitative evaluating were developed, hip-stress-trackcontrolled
technical strength training method was created, and several scientific experiment and applying experiment
were conducted..
Method
Document and data method, visit and investigation method, experimentation method, mechanical designing method and
mathematical statistics method.
Results
It is discovered from our experiments that, at present, the maximal driving force is much smaller than the maximal leg
force. Tab.1. The finding also shows that, after the training on the training method and apparatus mentioned above, the
maximal driving force increase obviously with the sports results raising greatly .Tab.2, Tab.3.
Discussion/Conclusion
Because of "hip stress loading device" and "hip-feet starting and ending stress point" training model were adapted,
quantitative evaluation of hip-stressed backward leg extension and heavy load specific strength and sports skill training
were realized. The experiment results indicate that a great amount of explosive force and sports achievement potential is
still to be tapped and the "hip stress track controlled training method" is the ideal way to realize it.
