Creio que não há limite para limitar essa rapidez.
Os recordes têm as interferências genéticas, laboratoriais, materiais, e dos interesses da mídia; portanto a capacidade humana para criar, ou transformar é infinita. Como tudo isso colabora para a quebra do recorde dos 100m, afirmo que não há resposta finita para esta questão, pode haver suposição.
