Please mark your calendars and consider participating in the International
e-Conference on Kinesiology and Integrated Physiology, which will take
place over three weeks from October 4th – 22nd, 2010.

This is a research conference that will be offered exclusively in an
“on-line” format. Much like other research conferences, research will be
presented both in poster and oral formats. Tutorials, Symposia, and
Keynote Addresses will also be presented. The specific mechanics of how
these presentations will work, including samples for you to view, will be
on the site in the coming weeks.

The mission of this conference is “to provide access for scientists,
researchers, and students in Kinesiology and Integrated Physiology to view
and present emerging scientific research and engage in dialogue with
others around the globe, unhindered by geographic constraints.” We
believe there are many benefits to participating in this type of
conference, such as its utility as a teaching tool, your ability to view
and comment on research presentations without scheduling limitations, and
its cost-effectiveness… particularly in a time where economies are tight
and budgets are being cut.

Registration for this conference will be done in the form of “site
licenses.” In other words, one person from your department, institution,
or business will register for your faculty/staff. That person will then
add additional names and e-mail addresses to the conference, and those
people will then receive an e-mail and password. You may choose a limited
site license where up to ten people from your institution may participate,
or you may also choose an unlimited site license. You are welcome also to
add your students as participants in this conference.

***SPECIAL INSTITUTIONAL OFFER*** The first 100 institutions to register
for the e-Conference with an unlimited institutional site license before
December 1, 2009 will have the opportunity to be considered to serve as
the official host institution for the inaugural International e-Conference
on Kinesiology and Integrated Physiology.

-Your Institution, Department, and Program will be promoted with your
official logo and link on each page of the conference.

-Your institutional faculty will be highlighted in Keynote addresses and
presentations.

Access to the conference will be protected by login and secure password.
All research presentations that appear on the site during the conference
will be protected as well, and conference content will not be available
for personal download.
