I am pleased to report an excellent new book has been published:  Ethical Issues in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology, edited by Ed Etzel and Jack Watson (published by Fitness Information Technology).  There are 17 chapters covering an array of topics, from youth sport consulting to professional sport to exercise psychology to performing artists to teletherapy to supervision (full disclosure - I wrote the chapter on ethics in teaching :-).
