Guidelines
All participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral presentation. Please refer the themes for abstract submission and note the important dates below.

Rules for Submission
Please note that abstracts should be submitted prior to March 31, 2013. Abstracts without registration and payment will NOT be included in the abstract book. Submission by letter, fax, e-mail or CD/DVD will NOT be accepted at any time. Applicants must follow these guidelines:
- Submit an abstract ONLY through Submission Online.
- Abstract Submission Form: MS word for Windows.
- Language: the abstract must be written in ENGLISH.
- The abstract should be written in English, typed or printed in Times New Roman font 12 and single space, with A4 size (21cm*29.7cm). Use standard abbreviations and place a special or unusual abbreviation in parenthesis after the full word appears. Use generic names of drugs. Write numbers as numerals rather than words. - Please limit the length of your title to 15 words: Title should be brief, clearly indicating the nature of the presentation. Use bold-faced and capitalized font type for the title.
- Full name of all authors should be listed without degrees and titles, and the presenting author should be underlined. Presenter's organization should be included.
- Tables, charts, photographs and any other information are not acceptable as part of the abstract.
- The body of the abstract is limited to 300 words, excluding the title and information on authors. (no more than one page)

Registration Procedure
* Participants should complete registration procedure and payment. All payments must be made in Taiwan Dollars (TWD). Registration fee can be submitted by:

We accept both Visa and MasterCard. You can safely enter your entire card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information (SSL encrypted). Credit card payment will also be available on site.
※ Your personal information can only be updated before payments, please be sure the correctness before you finish the process
(2) Wire transfer:
Please email us for our account information. Since there will be some transaction charge from both bank when you make the payment, please pay USD 30 for extra transaction fee.
(3) Cash payments will only be accepted on site.
Notes:
(1) Other methods of payment are unacceptable.
(2) If the payment is uncompleted, we will cancel your registration record after July 15, 2013.

Cancellation can be made via e-mail or fax but must be confirmed with your hand-written signature.

The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any unexpected accidents that cause any forms of damages, property losses, or cancellation expenses to participants.
