Public contract No EAC/19/2009 to be awarded by open procedure: "Invitation to tender for a study on the equal treatment of non-nationals in individual sports competitions"
Action 40 in the Pierre de Coubertin Action Plan annexed to the White Paper on Sport states that "As regards access to individual competitions for non-nationals, the Commission intends to launch a study to analyse all aspects of this complex issue".
On this basis, the Commission has launched an invitation to tender for a study on the equal treatment of non-nationals in individual sports competitions. This invitation to tender follows the publication of a prior information notice on 4 April 2009 (OJ/S 2009/S 66-093942) and of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union on 15/07/2009 (2009/S 133-193373) 
An information meeting will be held on Wednesday, 29 July 2009 at 14.30 hrs in DG EAC’s meeting room MADO 16/29, Madou Building, Place Madou 2, 1210 Brussels to answer any questions relating to the tender which will be submitted in writing or which will be raised at the meeting.

Marché public no EAC/19/2009 devant être attribué par procédure ouverte: "Appel d’offres pour une étude sur l’égalité de traitement des non-nationaux dans les compétitions sportives individuelles" L’action 40 du Plan d’action Pierre de Coubertin accompagnant le livre blanc sur le sport prévoit que "Pour ce qui est de l’accès de non-nationaux à certaines compétitions, la Commission entend lancer une étude pour analyser tous les aspects de cette question complexe". Dans ce contexte, la Commission a émis un appel d’offres en vue de réaliser une étude sur l’égalité de traitement des non-nationaux dans les compétitions sportives individuelles. Cet appel d’offres fait suite à la publication d’une note d’information le 4 avril 2009 (OJ/S 2009/S 66-093942) et de l’avis de marché dans le Journal officiel de l’Union européenne le 15/07/2009 (2009/S 133-19337)
La réunion de clarification sera tenue le 29 juillet 2009 à 14h30 dans la salle de réunion MADO 16/29, Tour Madou, 2 Place Madou, 1210 Bruxelles pour répondre à toutes questions sur le dossier d’appel d’offres qui seront transmises par écrit ou posées lors de la réunion.
