A influência das redes sociais na formação em atividade física e saúde de futuros educadores de desporto

Resumo
Há anos, as redes sociais se tornaram um poderoso meio de informação para os jovens. No caso específico da saúde, nos últimos anos houve um grande aumento de conteúdo associado à atividade física nas redes sociais, que afeta diretamente os jovens e os futuros profissionais da área. Propõe-se um estudo qualitativo com os novos alunos do curso de Ciências da Atividade Física e do Esporte, para compreender as perspectivas e os usos das redes sociais na área da saúde, associados à atividade física, com os quais iniciam sua formação inicial. Os resultados refletem o valor e o uso que os futuros educadores físicos e esportivos atribuem às redes sociais, bem como a influência que o acesso ao curso exerce sobre eles. Concluímos destacando a importância deste trabalho para a efetiva inclusão das redes sociais na formação inicial de futuros educadores físicos e esportivos.
