Resumo

Pesquisas destacam a importância do treinamento resistido para ganho de força e hipertrofia muscular, carga alta vs. carga baixa, buscando responder à seguinte questão de pesquisa: Qual é mais benéfica para hipertrofia e ganho de força muscular? Quanto aos métodos, utilizou-se o desenho de revisão sistemática, utilizando o formato PICO como estratégia de perguntas. A pesquisa foi realizada no período de agosto de 2022 a junho de 2023.
