Experiência social de criação de grupo numa intervenção físico-artística

Resumo
Este artigo identifica a experiência social no processo de criação de grupos numa intervenção físico-artística. Participaram 14 alunos com uma média de idades de 22,57±1,69 anos, todos eles pertencentes ao curso de Magistério do Ensino Primário da Universidade de Saragoça –Espanha–. A coleta de dados foi efetuada por meio de entrevistas memoriais. Para o tratamento dos dados foi utilizado o software Nvivo 11 QSR. Os resultados mostraram que: a) o processo democrático-assembleia é o principal mecanismo de negociação; b) a consolidação dos laços de familiaridade entre os membros; c) o orgulho e o elevado compromisso com o grupo; d) a presença de liderança. O principal valor é a coleta da experiência social do processo de criação do grupo, cujo consenso, familiaridade e envolvimento com o grupo facilitaram o processo de criação.
