The goal of this fundraising campaign is to raise 1500€ for a Youth Exchange in East Africa in 2012. The campaign will run from November 28th to December 31st. The Youth Exchange will give two high-potential young leaders from streetfootballworld network members in disadvantaged communities in Eastern Africa the unique opportunity to spend a month at another streetfootballworld network member organisation in the region. There they will gain job skills by working alongside the staff, share best practice from their own organisation, and learn how their host approaches community development. Two possibilities are proposed to help this initiative: (1) Donate directly to the project at www.betterplace.org/en/projects/8131-support-a-youth-exchange-in-east-africa; (2) Help the fundraise by encouraging contacts, friends and family to donate.
